My wife was waiting to turn right out of a parking lot. The other woman came up from behind and tried to pass her on the left as they entered traffic. Laying on the horn, she tried to run her into the curb, parked in front of her on the road, yelled obscenities, and spit on our car. I was livid when I pulled the footage, to say the least.

Edit:

1. The camera reset and the timestamp was never fixed.
2. Traffic in left lane never stopped coming to allow her to get out.
3. LP# is clear, but the video got compressed
4. Video starts there because the file starts there (takes video in 3-min chunks). Can’t see the woman trying to pass on the left out of the parking lot as they turn right.

So it seemed pointless to edit the clops together if it gave little to no context.

1. Regardless, of if something happened before, does that merit her behavior?

2. Reported to police, they said nothing could be done.
