I plan on buying a T14 motherboard for my laptop instead of buying a new one

If I were to upgrade to T14 gen 2(or newer models if there are any supported by the chassis without drilling anything), which parts would I also need to buy new? Would I need a new screen, fan, etc.?

2 x 16G RAM

Standart 1080p screen (non-touch)
