i'm a rising junior and in the comp sci program at rose hill and it's been pretty terrible so far, the professors haven't been great (aside from kounavelis) and the syllabi haven't been effective in teaching me much. i'm transferring to LC for my junior year, but i also got accepted into RIT all the way upstate which has an excellent comp sci program. is the comp sci program at LC any better than it is at RH i'm really trying to pull any excuse to stay in the city, but if it is also poor i'm of course willing to make the move

hey, i'm an incoming transfer and wanted to ask what the best options for off campus housing for a junior are? i was eyeing apex and the marshall and they seemed great from the pictures, floor plans, location and amenities but after looking at what students had to say about their experiences in both places, it seems like none of them are all too great. any recs? thanks!

so the title basically summarizes it. the program for computer science as well as the availability of a game design program make RIT a super appealing choice to me, but i'm kinda concerned over the town/student life and wanted to ask how the city is as well as how student/social life is over at RIT! coming from nyc would be a huge shift and i just wanted to get myself accquainted with what to expect coming in. thank you!
