I (22) have just completed my BSc in Psychology. My first choice of MSc was a forensic psychology course with a placement year that I truly had my heart set on. I found out today that I didn’t get in and I’m just feeling very lost(?)

I know everyone goes at different paces but having already had a gap year before my undergrad I just wanted some input/reassurance about what I should do next and whether I’m actually ‚behind‘. Do I roll with it and apply again next year? Go into assistant psych work for a while first (if i can find it)?

Any expertise or advice is welcome :)
