So I'm doing research about the lore of cruelty squad and something I'm mixed up about is if anyone can basically respawn for just some cash, what's the point of cruelty squad sending you to go kill targets? And if they respawn for some cash, then how does this affect the stock market? For example after killing the target in mall madness, what the stock market sky rockets, but why? If the target can just respawn how does this even affect their stock market?
