I somehow got a nasty mosquito bite around my ring and had to put anti itch cream on it but didn’t want it to get all in my rings. They came off without any twisting, soap, or pain! But dang, that indent left behind 😣
Heading into month 6 and my 3rd month on 7.5 - I’ll be moving up to 10 after I finish this round.
Just astonished by these results! Sometimes I feel like I’ve lost nothing and then I look at the progress pics and am brought back to reality!
Top left of each slide is when I started on January 29th. Bottom right was taken yesterday, June 21st. And the others were taken each month when I started a new box of Zep in between.
Even though I have a gym membership, I have yet to go consistently 🙄 however I am a nanny to two very active kids and they keep me moving throughout the day. I also decided that I’ll dust off the old peloton and get back on it now that it’s easier to get my heart rate up. And, I have a heavy bag that I’ll start to use and combine that with my favorite trio - benching, deadlifting, and squats (I was a powerlifter about 6 years ago)!

LD has been pretty quick with shipping. Takes maybe 3 days from order date. Placed my 6th order yesterday at 1:58pm…and it just arrived at my doorstep now. Dang!
First pic was a few days before the new year and about a month before I started Zep. I hated taking pictures but the little kid with me wouldn’t take a pic with frosty the snowman without me. So I awkwardly forced a smile, hated every second of it AND hated the way I looked in the picture.
Yesterday, I went to a driving range with family and when it came time for a group pic I didn’t hesitate. I was happy to get in front of the camera!
ALSO NSV: I’ve never picked up a golf club in my life (excluding mini golf) and still had so much fun! Played for over 2 hours and felt great! ⛳️
Ruby smells so clean and feels so soft! Beats chasing her around for a backyard hose down.
