is there any free ways i can find various informations abt someone based on their usernames, maybe a picture, some keywords, and the country or city, someone i knew personally and i wanna know more stuff abt them

Sometimes i feel like i need someone i can text that would value me the same way i value them,and that would care for me in the same way. but when i try to text people i feel so comfortable with them i end up giving them a bad impression of me, so they just ghost me or theire name magically turns to "Instagram User"
