Is there anything I can do to not get displaced?

I got my letter today and I’m getting displaced as a B&G. I really don’t want to have to move schools as I love my school and I’m friendly with all the staff and am close with my fellow B&Gs and plant manager. Is there any way I can stay at my school or is the decision final? Thank you.
