Need to setup a Wifi switch energy meter

I have a small home in a location that only allows 2.8Kva load. I can do any modifications inside the home but I cannot do any modifications outside the home. So the problem is like I want to build a system that gives me a warning as I approach 2.8 let's say I want an alarm at 2.7 and cut off internally at 2.75 so that I don't have to contact the building admin every time the main breaker trips. Because it happens sometimes and it's really inconvenient.

Is there any way to use a wifi controlled switch energy meter that reports the consumption in real time and trips when the preset values are matched?

Also followup question, idk if it's possible or not, can I use an inverter with a couple of batteries that can handle any load beyond the limit? I want to limit the power I take from the grid to 2.8 and when I'm using let's say 3.5 so the rest 0.8 will be coming from the batteries and when I'm using let's say 1.5Kva then the batteries will charge. Is this something that's possible?

From Today from about 10:10 am the magenta line seems to be closed. I was stuck at kalkaji metro. Even the metro staff is telling people to take alternate route. Idk what happened a lot of over crowding in violet line due to this from kalkali metro.

Update: it's still not working. Officially it's a signalling issue.

Update: [18:40 29-04-26] metro is working now, but there is a delay in service. It shows about 10 mins on the platform for the next train to arrive. Service is very slow. Botanical garden station on magenta line side is overcrowded.

Update [19:19 29-04-26] well guys looks like everything is resolved now. Even DMRC has posted officially but I was sceptical about the time so I rode the metro from botanical to kalkaji. Completed the journey in 30 mins. Trains are back to normal running speed and time.
