Just wasted 2 hours of my life, ready to buy a car. Agreed on a price, everybody is happy. Then they pull out an additional $4000 in lojack, wheel protection, clear bra, etc and claimed it was non-negotiable. I told them I was done bc I felt like I that lack of transparency made me feel taken advantage of. Suddenly it was all negotiable. I was so pissed that we walked, and a manager who we hadn't even seen previously materialized at our car to say they would love to lower the price. What?!? I just want the real price. We hadn't even discussed financing or additional warranties, where I'm sure other surprises would have reared their ugly heads.

Who is the most honest and direct dealer you've dealt with in Utah? I don't want to play these games.

I'm upset that I looked THAT stupid to them. I think they were taken aback that we actually left.

Edited to add: it was Young Hyundai
