Price and Missing Features on 17U.
I can't seem to understand the actual price of the phone as it's different in every region. I got my 16gb 1TB Global version for $1348 USD with free Photography Pro Kit and I see people buying it for under $1200 USD. Did I got ripped off or got a normal offer?
Why is Gold Vibes and Cinematic Filters only available in the camera app but not in the gallery App. I took some photos where I knew I need to apply Gold Vibes filter but due to the time constraint I couldn't change filter all the time so I decided to apply it later. Once I sat for editing, I couldn't find it anywhere. I have been OPPO user and all Hasselblad Filters have always been available in both places. A very frustrated scene for me btw.
Shooting video at 4K 120fps and trying to do slow motion in gallery gap doesn't actual slow down the video without jerkiness. I tried multiple times to do a smooth transition but whenever I slow down the video (I cut and slow down a portion) it just doesn't look good at all. Is the app not powerful enough to do this and I have to use another app or again something I am missing?
The stabilization on of 4k videos are amazing, even 8k gives a good stabilization but why isn't changing lens allowed? Does it allow in promode LOG? I don't shoot LOG but this is a feature that I am very used to, taking videos on different lens.
No widgets on Lock screen? is this 2022 for Xiaomi? All my previous phones (iPhone, OPPO etc) had this feature normally available but in Xiaomi it is straight out missing. Live Alert also doesn't have any option in setting where I can limit which app I need to let Live Alerts on through Hyper Island. It's a must feature to restrict certain apps not to show up when you don't want to.
Where is the option to have a different Quick setting screen (old style)? I don't like having two different swipes for notification and quick setting which is very annoying on iPhone as well as Xiaomi.
Other than these, this phone is better than my iPhone and Photography on this like I am using a DSLR.
