SONG REJECTION UPDATE : TOOK 7 DAYS FOR APPROVAL
I’m bubblehush and SoundCloud’s automated system flagged my track “and I really want u” twice for using non-exclusive beats and artwork issues. Both were incorrect accusations so I opened a ticket and they responded 7 days later and approved the distribution. To inform anyone who has dealt with this or could in the future, I provided significant evidence like DAW video evidence and the instruments I used to show I did NOT use samples or licensed beats. Once I got the initial reply from a rep, they sent it to the team for review and it was approved less than an hour later. I hope this information helps anyone who has to navigate this in the future.
TLDR: make sure you provide video, artwork, track evidence like DAW DNA videos in the email thread when making a ticket if your music is being incorrectly flagged to expedite the process and stretched out conversations.
