Anyone else have this happen to them?
I tried ending app, restart. Rebooting phone (turned off, turned back on).
Still wont add the item.
I even tried scanning a totally different item and chose “I have the correct item”. Still no luck.
Support couldn’t do anything and took awhile for her to understand what I was talking about.
I ended up having to refund the item which dinged me on my Pro-Shopper stats.
