Hello, has anyone worked with SMTP?

When I got the server from digitalocean, there was a place in the app that worked with email. I tried sending a message to email via SMTP, but ports 465 and 587 are closed on digitalocean. When I wrote to support, they said that these ports are closed to avoid spam emails.

If anyone has worked with SMTP, which server doesn't have this problem?

i want to implement push notification service for mobile and front. i saw firebase and other options but i want to this myself . i think something like websocket it is possible to implement this. i have no idea about how implement push notification and how it works.

I build a little project spring boot + vaadin (spring boot 3.5.13 vaadin 24.913 java 21) and it was working locally perfectly my browser but when I deploy it to server using GitHub ci cd to railway server and connect to url it gave unauthorized error can anyone help me to understand this
