Is my terrarium healthy or nah

Yesterday I made this I woke up to thick condensation then opened it up to let it air out added a few soil and then watered again and my plant seems to experience shock or something the left is present and the right is earlier idk my plant might die or something need help what should I do with this I'm planning to get some moss for it later tooo.
