Hey everyone, hoping someone's been through something like this.

For a few months now I've had this burning, tingling feeling in my right thigh that wraps around into my buttock. It feels like sandpaper or tiny bits of glass under the skin, and even my clothes rubbing against it sets it off. It's driving me nuts.

I've seen a neurologist and had an EMG/NCV, an MRI of my brain and spine, and all of it came back normal. Nothing found. I'm on gabapentin and nortriptyline right now and neither has done much so far.

Has anyone dealt with this? What kind of doctor did you end up seeing to get actual relief, and what finally helped?

Any advice is appreciated.
