Hi! My friends and I are planning a trip to Mexico, flying into Cancun in February. I’m the only vegan but I’m a big foodie and don’t want to only eat rice, beans, and guac the entire trip. Would love some recommendations for all inclusive resorts that have good vegan options. We are in our 30s and 40s. Thank you!
