At the OCI Office Appointment, I know there is fee and online I paid a $19 Service Fee, what payment methods are generally accepted at the office? I wanted to know if the Apple Titanium Credit Card works there?

In the Past I do not remember where someone had to go in person to submit Biometrics to obtain their OCI, is that a new thing that they have started. If I apply through mailing my documents, when will I have to go in?
