Gay hockey oshikatsu

Do you guys enjoy this sort of activities? Buying merch (fanmade and/or official) and taking photos of it, or taking cards or dolls out with you? It makes me feel whimsical and in a good mood :)

A friend of mine designed these fake hockey cards with trivia on the back, I printed in a local print shop, laminated, and decorated with cute stickers 🎀 As for second pic, I got some fanmade goodies from artist @/segseu on twitter!

Show off your merch collections, pins, bags and so on!

note:
Oshikatsu (推し活), meaning "supporting activity," is a Japanese pop-culture term for passionately supporting a favorite person, character, or thing (the "oshi"). It involves dedicating time and money to fan activities—like buying merchandise, attending concerts, or posting on social media

r/HeatedRivarlyTVShow sub - announcement from the new mod team!

Dear members of the community,

the sub r/HeatedRivalryTVShow is now back up and running!

The sub is NOT getting closed, so everyone is welcome to participate and have fun.

Just to give a bit of context, the previous moderator wasn’t following Reddit’s guidelines for managing a subreddit, so the Reddit admins stepped in to remove them and assigned a new moderation team from within the community.

First things first, this is an unofficial sub, so we don’t want to run things like navy. We plan on proceeding with light and as less invasive moderation as possible but please note that does not mean we won’t be moderating. The team will absolutely not tolerate any bigotry, hostility, or participation in bad faith. All of us are active on Reddit, so we will keep an eye on the sub to ensure everyone can have a smooth and fun experience here.

Second, we would like to have a clear vision on what the community is. There are wonderful subs for all HR content as whole, book sub, actors subs, so since this sub’s name is “TV Show” we will continue moving in this direction. Please treat show events and characters portrayal as canon, and mark events from books that haven’t appeared in the show yet as spoiler.

Lastly, the mod team will assist everyone. We will notify you to edit post when necessary or to repost when editing is not possible (spoiler in the title), help with assigning a correct flair, and so on. Worry not, none of these are punishable, we just want to ensure good experience for all participants. Everything is fixable!!! However, we will have zero tolerance on homophobia, racism, misogyny, and other bigotry.

We will also have community feedback outlets. We plan on setting up a Megathread for feedback and suggestions, as well as our modmail is always open for those who are shy to express it in public.

We’re looking forward to moving things in a better direction, so please bear with us as we are setting things back up. We are also in the process of unbanning everyone who got banned in the past month for participating and reviewing earlier bans.

The community is now OPEN! So be free, be wild, and love Heated Rivalry!

Moderator Code of Conduct - how much of it is enforced and how much is merely a recommendation?

Hello, I have a question that I think many Redditors and moderators had been curious about. Exactly to what degree MCOC is a recommendation or a rule?

Reddit user agreement says that moderators should abide by Moderator Code of Conduct ("If you choose to moderate a subreddit: You agree to follow the Moderator Code of Conduct"). While some say MCOC is a mere recommendation others see it as a rule, otherwise why is there a MCOC report form? It would be nice to get some clarification on that from the Admins.

Thank you!
