Vanilllamace lookalike???

Vanilllamace lookalike???

I am watching South park rn, and my friend glanced at my iPad and thought for a second I was watching Vanillamace lol. Mr Garrison as Vanilllamace's long lost twin? Or is Vanilllamace his long lost twin since he was famous first.

So, I think I just lucid dreamed for the first time but I'm not sure because it might've been just a sleep paralysis.

For context, I've had one sleep paralysis before, I remember it vividly (me opening my eyes but not able to keep them open for longer than a few seconds and me trying to get my body to move by starting to wiggle my toes and such)

It was a strange experience for me and probably happened because of my lack of sleep and sleeping routine. It happened during an after-school nap so that might have triggered it from what I've read(?)

Now I think that happened again, but with an addition to lucid dreaming before.

I was dreaming of me and my friend staying at my place during break before afternoon classes (like in the real world every Tuesday and Wednesday), talking, and I realised we're late (I looked at my phone in the dream and it said 16:19, class starts at 16:20) and panicked, but she assured me we have another ten minutes (which is wrong). I wanted to tell her that but then realised "wait.. today is Wednesday.. I don't have afternoon classes today. They were cancelled. ... Am I lucid dreaming?"

And then I "woke up" but entered a sleep paralysis, which was far worse than the first one because my body was shaking/vibrating and I was hallucinating way more, even when my eyes were closed. Luckily it was also shorter than the first one. I know I was awake in my head because I thought "damn.. another one?". I guess this one was triggered because classes today were really cancelled and I was taking an after-school nap, so maybe subconscious me panicked about being late(?) but idk

So was this a really short lucid dream? And can someone maybe explain the connection between lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis to me? I am interested in starting to "train" for lucid dreaming now but am kinda paranoid about another sleep paralysis.
