Canapuff order not moving for 2+ weeks, am I getting scammed or just delays?
I ordered from Canapuff and it said 3–4 day shipping. My label got created on June 15th but it’s now June 29th and UPS still shows it hasn’t even been handed over.
At first they literally told me it was delivered (which it wasn’t), then after I pushed a bit they said it was a warehouse backlog and it would be sent ASAP. But since then I’ve just been getting the same copy-paste replies every time I message them and no actual updates or tracking movement.
I even called them and it was basically the same thing again — just “warehouse issues, we’re sorting stock” but no real timeline or anything.
Some people online say they eventually get their orders but others say they wait weeks or don’t get clear updates at all, so I’m kinda stuck on what to do.
I don’t really mind waiting if it actually comes, I just don’t know if I should keep waiting or just tell my mum to do a chargeback since she paid with her card.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Does it usually turn up eventually or am I just wasting time waiting?
