They can literally touch on every aspect they want to satirize. Sanitizing bloody hands to stop the spread of infection, crew members being isolated from each other and communicating via a zoom-approximate, people denying the existence of zombies and summarily being infected, suspicion every time someone so much as coughs. You could do something funny like have the zombies use q-tips to extract people's brains through their nostrils. Just be more creative with the concept than "it's just covid but in Futurama."

It was great, exactly how I imagined it while writing it. Would have been nice if they included the "Nobody" scene, but as we say in Ancient Greece: "That's Hollywood."
