[TOMT][Anime][2020s] Schoolgirl riding a bicycle, armed with an aesthetic painted-white assault rifle
Unfortunately I don't know much about the anime other than that it's art style seems like it is pretty recent. I've tagged the post as 2020s but not sure exactly when it came out. I only saw a few minutes of some random scene from the show so I don't know it's plot or much about it.
But the scene I'm remembering has:
- A girl, who appears to be in highschool and is wearing a school uniform
- She's casually getting ready to go to school and is getting on to a bicycle to ride to school
- And then she picks up a high-end, modern military assault rifle, fully decked out with a scope / silencer etc. and slings it across her back and takes it with her.
- Her look is very "aesthetic" - she's dressed very preppy. Her gun is also very pretty and aesthetic - it is painted white, with blue highlights. They match her clothes and her bicycle. She is very colour-coordinated and fashionable. The gun looks like an AR15 or something similar
It's as if this girl goes to a fancy private school where she cares a lot about her appearance and there is almost a "gamer / streamer" kind of aesthetic and vibe to the way she is dressed and accessorized.
And for the first few minutes of the scene (which is all I can remember) she is just going about her day riding to school, picks up some food from the supermarket, feeds a stray cat, etc. It feels very slice-of-life, but she's got this rifle on her back that she's just casually carrying with her the same way you might imagine a student carrying a backpack or a musical instrument - like as if it's nothing unusual at all.
So apparently she must live in a world where there's a legitimate threat that requires you to carry around an assault rifle like that, and yet it has this slice-of-life highschool vibe to it?
I have no idea what this anime is about but I'm extremely intrigued, and I wish I could find it again.
