New hognose owner, need help please!

Hello everyone, I recently got a 2 month old Artic Albino western hognose on Sunday. The breeder started her out in a small 6qt container and recommended a 4 x 7 heating pad. We started her out in that, and have been having terrible luck regulating temperatures. Humidity was constantly at 65-70 even with additional holes, heating pad side under substrate was 79-82 degrees, cold side on floor 77 degrees. We set up a 10 gallon tank, extra clutter, several hides, and though the humidity has gotten better, I’m still having issues with ambient temperature and cool side.

I tried a 50 watt basking bulb, but now it’s too hot, need help on a different bulb, or if an LED strip with bigger heating pad would work best? And is there a way to cool down the cool side, since it tends to match the ambient temperature/our house temp. We keep our home at 75-77 degrees in the day, and 72 at night. Am I overreacting and doing too much for her? Please help if you can!

More info: Breeder recommended ambient temp 78-82F, hot floor surface 83-89, cool floor side 72-76F, humidity 40-55%.
