we know that in Aug he was in compliance with his child support payments, sept we don’t know yet.

he didn’t show up for his sept court date.

they rescheduled, he skipped that. rescheduled again, skipped again.

they’ve issued a citation in lieu of arrest - we think means that if the cops pull him over or something, they’re bringing him to court / giving him a citation telling him when to appear rather than jailing him.

and that was a month ago

I’m beyond tired of having an unkept home.
It’s so freakin hard keeping up on two toddlers in this room.
You’d think, it’s small should be easy, but it’s the opposite. They are constantly undoing everything I clean right behind me. Or the minute I keep my attention on anything but chasing after them, like God forbid I try to do the dishes without everything behind me falling apart.
I do everything I can everyday but it’s a constant struggle to maintain it in here.
This will pass, it has to. You wouldn’t even think I’ve been cleaning since I got up.
That’s another, I can’t get up early enough. 5 am, I’m thinking, I’ll get a little done before the kids get up and I can’t focus on it.
But nope, they are up every morning no more than 10 minutes after I get up, doesn’t matter how quiet I am.
I’m not saying this to be bitter, I’m just freakin tired of feeling like I can’t walk a straight line in this small space. It’s a lot. And duh, it’s a lot on the kids too. That’s part of why it makes me so overwhelmed. I’m trying to maintain so the little space my kids are in is actually homey and kept, but it seems impossible.

TLDR: she’s mad at God that she’s still in the situation, and she’s also shutting down this source of income. (regardless of how much she gets from the subscription, that’s still an amount that could help get housing.)

for context, des went live for 4 minutes a few days ago on her birthday (at 11 am) and sounded very intoxicated. now she says she was doing shots and doesn’t remember.

I’m sure they’ll squawk about how des deserves to have fun on her birthday and everyone is overreacting, but in the context of des asking many people for money for drinks, and facing eviction, and everything else, it’s just part of a bigger, more concerning picture.

also during this live, the other lady was talking about how des didn’t have a full time job because she was focused on reunification with her son. not sure how needing money for drinks was helping reunification with her son though.
