I am a young film director shooting my second short film from august 25 to 27.
I need an apartment in Yerevan (its the main location in the film) with old soviet renovation and a balcony.
Ive dissected list.am and any other real estate website at this point, yet i cant find anything compatible with the film.
I would be glad to hear any suggestions,

Hi. I am an independent filmmaker based in Armenia currently preparing a narrative short film.
The film is around 14 minutes, in Armenian. It's a character-driven drama (2 characters). Currently I am in the pre-production phase with my team and I am looking for potential sources to fund the film.
This is not my first film, I have made one already which is currently being submitted to various european and asian festivals. That one was self-funded, but as of now I don't have the capabilities to fund my next film (even though the target budget for this one is 4-5 times less than my previous film's haha)
So yeah, I'd be glad if you suggested me any foundations, or even private investors with whom I can get in contact with (and provide more information about the film).
