Endo development ?

Hello, I’m currently ongoing the very early stages of endometriosis investigation. I’ve been recommended the pill by my GP which I have not yet taken, as I wish to push for diagnosis.
I’ve always had pelvic issues, but in the last 5 months, it’s very quickly worsened. My bladder hurts when full or emptying, and it also links to my bowel pain. I have what I assume to be cyst they were unable to find during my pelvic ultrasound, that now causes immense pain during my periods. My period pain has been travelling down my hips and legs severely. I have a lot more symptoms, but would rather not discuss them here, everything seems to flare up when I eat. Work is hell, I’ve been spending most of my time in tears, clutching my hot water bottle for dear life.
I have most of these symptoms outside my periods as well, is this something normal for endo? To have this pain all the time?
I’ve likely had this for a few years, but can it rapidly grow over a few months? Or have I just reached a stage where it’s becoming chronic?

I have an appointment on Friday to discuss my options, at the same time I’m worried I’m pushing for this diagnosis only for it to be wrong.

Foot Tapping?

Hi all,

My little quaker has randomly started tapping her foot on her perch. I’ve read a few things in terms of Eclectus that it can be neurological and due to diet, but this seems to be hormonal?
She goes onto this perch specifically to do it(I don’t like this type of perch, so I think it might be best to change it to a branch anyway and maybe she’ll lose any attachment she has to it.)
She also makes a kissy sound that she makes when she’s in the mood. I have her on some supplements at the moment, and she has pellets and fruit/veg every day.

(She has lots of toys further up in the cage.)

Hi guys,

I have a very curious quaker parrot who we keep inside the house using a fly net/door with ultra strong magnets. The dog can push through the net so he can still go outside and we can have the back door open all day.

But recently, our parrot has found out how to push her way under the curtain, especially because the dog sometimes leaves a gap when he comes back in. Our dog also likely has dementia, so he goes in and out a lot. I don’t want to stop our quaker from free roaming the house, but I’m at a loss of what to do.

Do you guys have any plans in place to stop yours from getting out? Just looking for any advice.
