A question about Gunter Grass "Cat and Mouse" location
I dont really speak german so I hope I can ask in english, but I have odd question about that book, and I do think this place is the best place to ask.
In this book, Mahlke is said to live on the fourth house to the left - my question is how do i interpret this? Because on that street most houses are twins. Do I count twin as two houses, or just one?
I know this question might seem silly but its important for me to know.
I tried AI, but it gave me answers that were clearly wrong, also number given in the book (24) is clearly not the house as it doesnt match description.
