What should I get as my first Camera?

Intended use: Photography, something that feels nostalgic
End use: Social media, personal
If photography; what style: some landscapes, faces, and any good memories
If video what style: not really planning anything
What features do you absolutely need: im new here so, something that is beginner friendly
What features would be nice to have: easy to carry around, preferably small size
Portability: need it small
Cameras you're considering: Sony cybershot w570 or dsc w830, nikon coolpix s3300
Camera you already have: none! Hopefully this will be my first
