Hi! Any of you guys were able to get tickets for PIT? if yes, did you originally bought on ticket master?

Hi! I have an issue and looking for some advice or guidance. I am going to the July 10 Stockholm show, we got the tickets through StubHub a few months ago and were transferred to my Ticketmaster right away (I have them on my apple wallet) but 2 weeks ago I got the Ticketmaster email about the option to move in to the pit and I took it and was approved to get the PIT tickets which I am stoked about but when we tried to get them we had to paid for them ( thought that we were just gonna get the credit or the change was gonna be automatic) additionally the email said that our current Golden Circle tickets were gonna be cancelled whether we got the PIT tickets or not. So I panicked and bought the PIT tickets on Saturday but my Golden Circle tickets haven’t been cancelled yet and now I am here with 4 tickets and scared that I wont be getting the refund, specially because they were bought through stubhub. Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this? Should I contact Stubhub directly or go through Ticketmaster?
