Expected pay for a transitioning AE from SDR
i might be promoted to an AE due to an open vacancy and im currently a 90k ote sdr with under 2 years of experience. was told i would be doing sdr duties till my spot is filled (likely a quarter) so how should i nego for an AE + SDR pay and a full AE salary? (non-US) give ideas on how to price myself please
