Downtown Camas First Friday (July 3): Carnival games, apple pie, community projects, and celebrating America's 250th

Join us in Downtown Camas on Friday, July 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. for "One Community, Many Hands: Celebrating America's 250th!"

We're celebrating with carnival games, a DJ, after hours shopping and dining, apple pie, ice cream, history trivia, music, art, and plenty of family fun.

At 5 p.m., we'll unveil new student artwork in the Camas Culture Art Block featuring the theme "What's YOUR American Story?"

Pick up a free passport at 4th & Birch and explore downtown while participating in community service projects, including making seed bombs and kindness cards with the Girl Scouts, stocking the LiveWell Camas free pantry, learning sewing skills at the Mending Circle, donating children's books to Little Wings Library, supporting a Celebration Kit drive for local families, and visiting a Youth Wellness & Safety Fair.

It's a fun evening celebrating America's 250th birthday and the community spirit that makes Camas such a special place. We hope to see you there!

Opening Day of the Camas Farmer's Market! NEW LOCATION!

Heads up, Market friends!

The Camas Farmer’s Market has a NEW temporary home for the 2026 season while exciting improvements take place downtown (aka the new fire department construction project!)

Tomorrow is Opening Day! 3pm-7pm

You can still spend your Wednesdays shopping local, meeting farmers, grabbing coffee, and enjoying live music—just in a slightly different spot this year!

Save the Date for the Camas Car Show! Saturday, June 27th

Come stroll the beautiful streets of historic Downtown Camas and enjoy the many classic and custom cars and trucks that fill the town. Old favorites and new discoveries in this 19th annual event. Always an exceptionally fun time!

June 27th from 2pm-7pm. Awards given at 6:30pm.

C-TRAN will be running a shuttle service from Camas High School (26900 SE 15th St) to the Event (drop off/pick-up location is the Camas Library- 625 NE 4th Ave.) This service is FREE!  Buses will run every 15-20 minutes from 1:45-7:15pm.

Grease is the word in Downtown Camas on Thursday, June 12th! Join us for a 10:05pm showing of Grease for our latest edition of Late Night at the Liberty Theatre!

Start the night at 6:00pm at Drop the Mic Karaoke for Pink Ladies and T Birds Night. Dress up and warm up those vocal cords and get ready to belt out the classics. Whether you’re channeling Sandy, Danny, Rizzo, or Kenickie, it’s your time to shine. Tell me about it, stud!

Then cruise on over to Caps N’ Taps at 8:00pm for Pop Culture by the Decade Trivia. Bring your crew, show off your throwback knowledge, and compete for prizes sponsored by the Downtown Camas Association. Tell me more, tell me more

Camas Plant and Garden Fair is coming! This Saturday, 5/9 from 9am-4pm in Downtown Camas. Over 100 plant, garden and yard art vendors, plus food, live music, free kids activities and more!

The DCA is partnering with C-TRAN for a FREE shuttle service during the Plant Fair! Guests can park at Camas High School (26900 SE 15th St) and ride comfortably to the convenient drop-off by the Camas Library (625 NE 4th Ave). The shuttle will run continuously on May 9th with pick ups/drop offs every 15-20mins from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., making it easy for visitors to enjoy the fair without worrying about parking! Riders are encouraged to use the convenient plant holding station on the corner of 5th Ave and Cedar Streets.  Drive up and have the volunteers help you load your purchases after you’ve picked up your vehicle.
