Question regarding P2P in binance

To start off im relatively new to binance so forgive me if i may not use specific terms.

1. I will be recieving money USDT weekly around 60-90, and i will have to receive it in my PHANTOM WALLET from there width raw it to binance

2. I have bought USDT before from binance and have had no issues however never sold. Searching online has made me question P2p and its scary, but also these comments and posts are all high amounts, my amount will be consecutively weekly but less money. So will it be a problem. If so , whats an alternative?
