FUCK RECRUITMENT

Had an interview the other day. In person.
Went well, they seemed happy, answered all the clarifying questions and moved swiftly through the behaviours but went on a few tangents and somewhat flustered.

I had applied under disability confident scheme, and had the accommodation stated in the application (same application and diversity questionnaire I’ve used in other roles I’ve applied for without issue)

The team this time didn’t acknowledge to me that (1) I had a request, nor (2) was that request clarified, rejected or accepted.

For my adhd I ask for questions sent in advance and no ambiguity in questions. Direct requests.

No other team has had a problem with it and one negotiated to keep the process fair for all. No problem with that at all.

This time, nothing. No rejection, just no acknowledgement that anything had been requested.

I’m hoping (and quietly confident) that it’s a moot point and I can clarify in writing during pecs and vetting.

If not, and my luck stays as it has done, is there any recourse to challenge? Is it a futile endeavour?
