What should I do now...when I submit the documents it shows system error for more than a week now...i approached the bank staff but they aren't replying properly...they are saying they will look into the matter but they don't....how will I pay my mess fees if it continues to be like this

Hi I have got seat in Thanjavur campus btech cse.im from Chennai and will be joining hostel.so I just wanna know the hostel rules for boys like will they allow us to go out to cinemas restaurants etc..and only 2 visits is allowed to home per year or semester? Is it true that strictly follow exactly only 2 times or they will allow more to go home??
I had enrolled myself into sastra counselling in stream 2 and got rank 516.Now after seeing scanned copy of my public answer paper, I believe I would receive extra marks which would increase my total marks. So I have a doubt that whether I can update my marks after revaluation result and increase my rank in sastra counseling which would give me a better chance to get my preferable course?

I have got ece in sastra Thanjavur....but I am hearing from many that the placements are poor in ece department and the staff are also not upto the mark....is this true that the placements are poor???
