I'm bit confused about cat or upsc

Hello everyone... Right now I'm banking aspirant most probable I'll get selected this year as being elder one I've to take care of my family currently I'm 23

After bank I've 2 options either go for cat and then mba from a good college as I've academic profile 8/8/7 ( non engineering gen female )

Or I've to prep for regulatory body like rbi or nabard

These 2 options are honestly relevant for me as I'm studying eco finance quants reasoning and this actually excites me more to study ...

But the thing is if I go for mba and if I don't get placed then everything will be over as a middle class person should I go with that risk as I've heard that top b schools ask their students to voluntarily opt out to make their institution 100 % that's why I'm afraid of this

Rbi is something I want to choose but again a very very limited vacancy but I can prep for both simultaneously.

Upsc I can try but again a very short time with bank I couldn't make it but I've time this year so I can think

So please suggest me what should I do - should I go for mba or not only if I get BLACKI iim's or I've to prep for upsc
