Hi all, I’m looking to upgrade my machine and would love some thoughts and recommendations on mid- budget (£400-£700) tattoo machines.

I’ve been using a Fold Pro since the start of my apprenticeship 18 months ago, but I find that I’m always fighting with how weak its torque is, especially when using larger needle groupings, so I’ve decided to take the plunge and spend on something a little more powerful.

I had the privilege of using a coworker’s Bishop wand and was blown away by it!! But I don’t have that kind of big girl money :(

I’m early in my career so I wouldn’t say I have a “specialty” just yet but I mainly tattoo stipple shaded blackwork, I’ve attached some pics of my work below.
