Gas stove distance from backslash?
Our new gas stove top (Westinghouse WHG639BD) was installed flush up against the ceramic tile backslash on a 600mm benchtop (595mm usable). There's 90mm between the back edge of the burner and the tile, and 60mm leftover bench at the front.
This doesn't seem right... can anyone qualified chime in? The house was built in SA in 2011.
What are the odds we could pull this forward 20-30mm without having a hole in the bench at the back end?
