I have a consistent issue with revives not sticking. I'm standing over the downed teammate, not pressing the movement keys, not moving the mouse, just holding E and block, not getting hit by enemies...and it still drops 3-4 times before I finally get it to stick. Once the bar gets past halfway it almost always finishes, it's something about starting it that has an issue.

I don't have any other noticeable latency issues, so while it could be that, I feel like I'd expect to see it elsewhere as well? But I dunno. I also don't see it on the other "hold E" things like pressing the button on Athel Yenlui, it's just a revive thing. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so is there a fix?
