Weaknesses
Yes, we are sitting pretty on top of the ladder with 9-1 but we are far from playing perfect football.
This doesn't mean that we can't improve though.
What are our current weaknesses that we need to address?
For me personally, we need to improve on the following:
- Slow starts: Seems to be a common theme over the last few weeks where we give our opponents a head start. Not sure if this is a preparation issue, where the team needs to warm into the game. But our slow starts will come back to bite us against fellow top 4 teams.
- Output from our bottom 3-4 players: players like Cootee and Bice haven't really contributed to our wins, and we need more. Or we need to give some of our performing VFL players a chance.
