Waist buckle (Poco LT) replacement?
I have a Poco LT and the female waist buckle cracked. (Fortunately, I just need to carry the little one home through the airport- good thing happened on the last day.) I submitted the replacement parts form, since it seems to me like it should be possible to replace the buckle without doing a major fix. Can anyone confirm that this is something where they can just send a replacement part without having to send the whole pack in? Or should I have submitted the form to send the whole pack in? (We've got weekend trips lined up over the 4th, the weekend following, and the beginning of August, so I'd really like to avoid sending it in for six-ten weeks if I can.)
Looking at their youtube channel I couldn't find anything on how to replace the female waist buckle. It's on its own webbing and doesn't seem to be sewn on. Have any of you done this? Did you need to cut & resew the webbing, or did they send you a replacement webbing with the buckle attached? If the latter, is there a good trick for getting the new one in?
I also know that there's some field replaceable buckles- does anyone know what size /models are compatible? That would be convenient for the next few weeks.
