Hi everyone,

I've been spending the past year building software around public transit, starting with Delhi NCR, and one thing I've realized is that different people use transit apps for very different reasons.

Some just want the fastest route.

Others care about fewer interchanges, station facilities, first/last train timings, or nearby exits.

I'm curious:

• What's the biggest frustration you have with existing transit or metro apps?
• What's one feature you wish existed but doesn't?
• Are there any apps (Indian or international) that you think do something particularly well?

I'm trying to understand real commuter problems before deciding what to build next, so I'd really appreciate any thoughts or examples.
