I feel like the Friends Button is gonna be very used so it deserves a button reflecting that by being bigger and not associated with the smaller and less used Language and Accessibility Buttons. Also by placing it next to Realms and under Multiplayer it gets associated with, well, friends!

Also after making the mockup before uploading it I found multiple people suggesting this exact idea on a similar post linked below: I came up with this mockup completely independently, but thought I should mention it. I guess it just comes to show how much better a Title Screen like this would really be.
