Brickston Underground

Hey all! It's shameless, but in the race that is trying to become a BrickLink Designer Programme finalist, I wanted to share my Underground Station & London Bus with the community in case any of you like it and are willing to support it.

Beyond a 😍 on BrickLink, I'd also love any feedback for when I inevitably resubmit in the next wave.

Thank you dearly in advance <3

Brickston Underground (BrickLink Designer Programme)

Hey all! I've loved this sub for a while now, you all always seem so supportive and helpful when it comes to feedback. With the new wave of BrickLink Designer Programme submissions going live, I wanted to share mine (and seeing how great others are, I'd love feedback for when I inevitably re-submit in the next round). And any votes would mean the world to me :)

P.S. I know it's not a Modular, but the programme doesn't allow Modular's so hopefully it's one that can be Modularised.

LEGO Modular Site

Hey again Modular community.

Let me preface with: I know LEGO is likely to reach out re: branding. I will cross that bridge when it gets here.

But I am a huge Modular fan! And I found that information on the Modulars was scattered across the internet. So I wanted to bring it all together in an unofficial 'Home of the LEGO Modular'.

So I built legomodulars.com

It brings together:
- A street visualiser with width AND height AND weight (and ability to add MILS) to help plan shelving (I know there some incredible other tools for this online too),
- Statistics tables
- Studio files for as many as I could find,
- Information about the designers,
- The ability to find out which the best modular actually is, and
- A MILS tool for buying parts from Pick-a-Brick.

And the ability to have MOC Modulars added from fan designers too!

Any and all feedback is more than welcome, and I hope it can help lots of other Modular fans find what they want to find.

Is my Section 21 invalid?

I'll keep it brief, but after months of my tenant not leaving (S21 issued Feb 25th for May 2nd), and the court possession deadline in a couple days, I've been looking into form N5B and stumbled on a question.

I have done almost everything right. Everything done on time, deposit protected the day I received it, but the prescribed information was not served within 30 days (I shared it in the eviction notice alongside other important docs to ensure the tenant had them, but I cannot find proof I shared it beforehand and believe I may have forgotten).

Can I still go forwards with the claim? Or will I just be wasting £415 (and risking a further fine)?

Thank you in advance for reading - I am a first time landlord and you more experienced folks are kind to advise.
