Trying to do the manhunt week 8 objective 2 but i physically can’t since there’s been zero outcasts executions spawning in the last hour hour of me logging in and out and doing things in downtown west. Anyone know how to get one to spawn? This is just dumb it’s all black tusk

Used to use moviesjoy for my movies and shows but I guess it’s gone now. I would prefer one that doesn’t have tons of pop ups. I mostly watch on phone or Xbox if that matters
