TN NEET counselling + SF colleges

my state general rank is 5.9k and my BC community rank is 3.2k.

my mentor says velammal and SRM are COMPLETELY out of the picture and even PSG / KMCH management might be difficult im genuinely crashing out. is this accurate?

is it genuinely worth doing MBBS from lower tier SF colleges like annapoorna or mookambigai and idk making up for it w/ PG? or do i go for management in a "better" college? im so confused

geneuinley cannot find any reviews online and im so lost between choosing a newer medical college which has the govt college tag + lower fee and a govt quota seat in a well established private college.
