incoming transfer
hi i’m an incoming transfer student this fall from sbvc majoring in business administration. the reason for my post is because i don’t know anyone who currently attends ucr, & i just want some advice on how to be more social here. since i currently attend a community college- which is an ironic name if you ask me- i haven’t made very many connections, & campus life is super dead on a daily basis. for context, im 20M, lgbt, full time stoner, & i enjoy my part time job working at a popular wellness/beauty store. i plan to apply alone for an apartment off campus in fall, so im just a little worried that im going to miss out on campus experiences & events unless im already in the know. just hoping for any advice that might make it easier for me to adjust & form friendships, thanks!
