It's a simple dashboard: HAOS with hass-eink-dashboard (through HACS) creates a png that the screen can show. Screen from Invisible Computers.

I spent some time working out templates to help the dashboard:

• daily calendar summaries as separate sensors (and as attributes of a single sensor)
• a summary of bins info from the calendar that hacs_waste_collection_schedule manages
• a sensor showing our current electricity rate (low/medium/high and when it'll run to)
• a single sensor to say with what's next (sunrise or sunset)
