Hello! The PSP in my area was hiring and I deciding to reach out or not as work at my current job is slow. I’ve looked at other posts on the sub to get a feel of things, but most are over a year or pertain to someone going fresh into the industry. I’ve groomed at Psmart for 3 years and a mom/pop shop, I’m currently working as a groomer for a doggy daycare.

Besides notes on how the experience can really depend on management per location, is there any other red flags I should be looking out for? Any green flags?

Would appreciate any insight yall can give, please and thank you!
