Rashguard pants with sun protection

Hello, all! I have a sun hypersensitivity and need to get some sun-protective bottoms that cover my legs for when I'm snorkeling/surfing, but I'm have trouble finding any.

My go-to places for long-sleeve swim tops (L.L. Bean and Lands End, but I've checked a few other places as well) don't carry pants. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to look?

Thank you for your help!!

Theft concerns while camping/backpacking

We'd like to do some backpacking while visiting national parks on the islands in Sept. (we do have ample backpacking experience in a variety of climates, so my question isn't about the backpacking itself) I've been reading a lot about thefts and how important it is to not leave valuables in cars while in Hawaii. Does anyone know of anywhere safe to leave things such as luggage while backpacking in Hawaii Volcanoes NP or Haleakalā NP? I have not decided on specific location yet; it will depend a bit on factors such as permit availability and interest (or on factors such as; there's somewhere safe nearby to store luggage).

We were also planning on doing some front-country camping while there, but perhaps this information re. thefts rules that out. (Edit. Aparently front-country camping camping can mean different things than actually camping. I was referring to camping in a tent in a campgroun. But, that's sort of moot as it's been ruled out.)
